City of Seattle/KCRHA quarterly report on homeless response

The City of Seattle’s Human Services Department has submitted to the City Council its latest quarterly report on the joint activities of the city and the King County Regional Homeless Authority in responding to unsheltered homelessness in Seattle.

The report details the number of referrals to shelter made by members of the city’s HOPE Team (which is rolling over into the Unified Care Team), and how many of those individuals ultimately enrolled in the shelter.

The report also spells out the continuing issues that both the city and the KCRHA are having with collecting good data, though it is vague on how the organizations intend to improve the quality of their data.
