The King County Regional Homeless Authority has published a proposed 5-year plan, which it was required to create under the charter that created the agency. The proposed plan has been received coolly so far, mostly due to its large price tag.

JustCare Evaluation

A research team at University of Washington has published its evaluation report on the JustCare program. Of particular note: in the past year the performance of the program improved dramatically. The attribute this to the county making more housing options available for people to exit the program into.
